Welcome to My Ride. By using our services via the mobile app or website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, and/or using the My Ride app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
My Ride allows users to:
Book Auto Rickshaw, Bike, Taxi, and Ambulance rides.
Track ride status in real-time.
Contact drivers and access trip history.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Users under 18 must use the app with parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Ride bookings are subject to driver availability.
Cancellations made after the driver accepts the ride may incur a cancellation fee.
Emergency Ambulance bookings are given top priority; misuse will result in suspension.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type.
Users can pay via cash, UPI, or in-app wallet.
Dynamic pricing may apply during peak hours.
Respect drivers and follow safety guidelines.
Do not use offensive language, damage vehicles, or harass service providers.
Misuse or fraudulent activities may result in account suspension or legal action.
All drivers are expected to maintain a professional attitude and provide safe, clean rides.
Complaints against drivers can be filed via the app’s support section.
My Ride acts only as a technology platform to connect users with drivers.
We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of items, or service quality provided by third-party drivers.
For Ambulance services, we act as a booking intermediary and are not a medical service provider.
We collect and store your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Location access is required for accurate service delivery.
Personal information is not shared with third parties except as required for service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for:
Violating these Terms.
Engaging in illegal activities.
Providing false information or misusing services.
My Ride may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
